This means you can involve as many staff and people in your organization or guests from your clients as you like. Our free plan currently includes up to 100 projects for free. You can start building and using processes and Kanban boards to track all your supercharged Checklists and Systems across your organization.

To help agencies and business owners who have valuable Systems and Checklists and want to resell their content in an easy to use tool.

We are releasing a brandable whitelabel version where you can put your logo and your color branding onto everything and resell ProcessKit as your own service for WHATEVER monthly price you like.

You can buy bundles of shareable project credits that you can assign to your customers on WHATEVER basis you like.

So you have a fixed cost SaaS solution with your branding for helping out your clients.

CREATE SUB ACCOUNTS: You will also be able to Sell Sub Accounts and utilise project credits from your own account to pay for those sub accounts. This effectively means you can charge what you like for EVERY sub account you setup.

The corporate blue gives Processkit a modern look in most areas. Plus we put a bit more context information onto the Tasks in My Tasks.

BLOCK TYPES: Lookup field

This allows you to link projects in boards to other boards.

IMPORTANT: After selecting Lookup values in a blocktype you can then pull data via Liquid Tags into another Block type like a SEND EMAIL block type or the upcoming CREATE DOCUMENT block type.

BLOCK TYPES: Upgrade to the Rich Text field with Liquid Tag Dropdown List

All the Liquid Tags from the current Process will be available in a dropdown when you are editing a rich text field. And we will roll this to the Email Blocktype as well. NO MORE copy and pasting the tags to create your merge field amazing-ness.

We pushed a small UI change for when you are modifying Steps on a Process OR Tasks on a Project. We added an open/close button at the top of the Step or Task like below:

The BIG benefit is LESS scrolling to review a step or task and quickly close it.

June 13th, 2022

• Fixed an issue preventing propagation of tasks that were assigned to a user AND to a role that included the same user

June 7th, 2022

• Repeating projects with an incremental number appended to the title now work a little better and attempt to use a number you can provide at the end of the starting project title as the starting number in the incremental sequence. Now, "My Project 75" will repeat as "My Project 76", not as "My Project 75 58".
• It's now possible to associate a project with a client by clicking the "..." button on the list or kanban card view, without having to click in to the project and navigate to the settings.
• We've increased the font size of some form input labels for easier readability.
• We've also adjusted the drag-and-drop settings of task blocks, which should prevent accidental dragging of items in tasks.

• Read-only blocks in process templates now have their values propagated to task lists, which helps keep the block's values in sync with the template.
• Read-only blocks that are deleted from process templates are deleted from task lists when propagated

December 22nd, 2020

• Added the ability to archive entire Boards.  When a board is archived, all of the projects inside it also become archived.  You can toggle between viewing your list of active or archived boards.
• Added ability to output IDs using liquid tags.  You can now output the ID of a task, a project, a client, or the account ID.  These are useful when constructing the URLs of these items.

December 17th, 2020

• Clients now have an official attribute labeled "Email" to store the client's contact email address.  You can still add additional custom client attributes for email addresses, but now you can't label them "Email" since that's now a standard client attribute.
• Conditional logic rules can be based on client email or client name contains / exists, etc. 
• When viewing a project, and viewing the client attached to that project, we've added a link to "Refresh task assignments".  If you've recently assigned people to roles on this client—after that client has been attached to this project—clicking this link will update all of the tasks on this project to be assigned to those people (if those tasks are to be assigned by role and assigned by client).  Screenshot
• Kits now include the ability to include client attributes, so that those can be imported to a ProcessKit account along with boards, process templates, and custom fields.
• We've updated all of our kits in the ProcessKit Kits library to include ready-made email templates along with a few custom client attributes. 

December 6th, 2020

• Launched an all new "Builder", which makes it easier and faster to get up and running with building a process + board in one easy flow.  It also provides the option to use a pre-made Kit to get started even faster.

December 1st, 2020

• Improved propagation so that it displays progress % and the individual task lists indicate whether they've been propagated yet or not.
• Improved recurring projects' reliability and improved the schedules list (shown in board > "Automation" tab), so that it displays when a schedule has been queued to re-create a new project shortly (within the next hour). 
• Misc bug fixes and performance improvements.

November 24th, 2020

• Updated the board navigation to include a "Project Template" tab and inside that is where settings for preloaded processes and preloaded fields live.
• Improvement to how deleting a board with many projects functions.
• Tweaked the layout of the process templates list so that process titles display in a wider space.
• Fixed page titles on project views, login and signup views.
• Fixed miscellaneous errors and performance issues.

November 16th, 2020

• Launched drag-and-drop reordering of all things that are re-orderable!  This includes steps, tasks, step & task block fields, preloaded processes and fields, client attributes, and (new!) the ability to reorder options in fields that have them (checkboxes, selects, radios).
• Added option to make task blocks read-only, so that users can see and copy their pre-filled data, but cannot edit.

November 9th, 2020

• Launched ability to create and send template emails from tasks!
• Updated functionality for deleting projects so that this is processed in a background job and loads the page much faster.

November 6th, 2020

• Added ability to bulk assign a role to all steps in a process.
• Added ability to bulk archive all projects in a board, or all projects in a kanban list, as well as the ability to bulk unarchive all projects in a board.
• Added a settings dropdown to project details fields, which includes a link to copy that field's liquid tag to your clipboard.
• Fixed liquid tags handling of punctuation characters so that they are stripped from the liquid tag label.  For example, referincing a client attribute field that is labeled Client's email would now be referenced using the liquid tag {{ client.clients_email }}.
• Fixed bug causing duplicate search results.
• Fixed bug where a rich text field wouldn't switch from "editing" back to "viewing" mode after clicking "cancel".
• Fix link in breadcrumbs when viewing a single project.

October 28th, 2020

• Launched app-wide refinements to the visual interface.
• New global search field
• New home "Dashboard"
• When viewing processes or task lists, now you can toggle between default view and "compact" view.  Your browser will remember your preference on each individual process or task list.
• Processes now have a tab which lists all of the active task lists that were copied from this process.
• When viewing all boards, now you can toggle between the default "cards" view and a new list view.  Your browser will remember your preference.
• Everything > Tasks view now has additional filters.
• This changelog is now accessible inside the app.
• New "share the love" button in the bottom-left corner :) 
• Updated propagation feature so that if task block fields on a project already have values saved, those values remain intact when propagation occurs.

October 23rd, 2020

• Webhooks sent from task actions now include the task list name and ID that this task belongs to, as well as the full URL of this task list and this project.
• Updated Zapier integration to version 1.3.6, which adds a new way to trigger a Zap:  When a project is updated (full details here)
• Optimized new project creation so that when there are multiple task lists to load, only the 1st one loads immediately and the rest load in a background job.  That means the new project loads faster, and those extra task lists (in some cases) take just a few extra moments to load into the project.
• Fixed bug when using liquid tags to reference a field from one task list to another.

October 13th, 2020

• App-wide speed and efficiency improvements, along with server upgrades.
• Updated notifications about new task assignments so that they don't send when you've propagated a process to its active task lists (technically, this triggers a re-assignment of people to tasks, but shouldn't trigger notifications in this case).
• Ability to duplicate individual steps and tasks—including all their included content, fields, assignments, and automations.
• Improved clickability of checkboxes and radio buttons.
• Started this public Changelog and back-filled recent updates.

October 3rd, 2020

• Launched Liquid!  The ability to dynamically fill in content from any field to any other area in ProcessKit.

September 27th, 2020

• When a board is members-only, now all of those board members are automatically made members of projects within that board.  This ensures that if a dynamic role assignment calls for any of those members to be assigned to tasks, they can be, because they're already members of the members-only project.

September 15th, 2020

• Launched dynamic roles!  The ability to set up roles which can dynamically assign different members of your team to tasks based on various rules.
• Launched new notifications management screen where users can opt out of specific types of notifications.
• Added a new notification to users when they've been assigned to task(s).  If assigned to multiple tasks simultaneously, these are rolled into a single email notification.
